Taylor graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (GradDip(LP)) and is currently admitted to practise as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, and as a solicitor of the High Court of Australia.
Taylor has worked at McAneny Lawyers for 10 years, and has experience in all areas of general legal practice. He focuses on estate disputes, estate planning, equity litigation and family law matters.
Notably, Taylor is skilled in resolving litigious matters by exploring alternative dispute resolution practices, prior to the matter coming before a court. If however Taylor cannot achieve an amicable or favourable settlement prior to court, Taylor is experienced in litigating matters in a wide range of jurisdictions including the Supreme Court of New South Wales, District Court of New South Wales, Federal Circuit Court, and Family Court of Australia.
Taylor routinely conducts interstate matters, including disputes concerning wills, equity matters, and family law matters in Queensland, Victoria, the Australian Capital Territory, and Western Australia, and is happy to act for clients requiring his advice interstate, or whom are travelling from interstate for legal matters in New South Wales.
